How much does it cost to use EverDream Vacations? +
In most cases, nothing extra. Travel advisors are compensated by the travel suppliers (Disney, cruise lines, resorts), so you typically pay the same price you'd pay booking yourself — you just get an expert handling the details. If a trip ever requires a planning fee, we'll always tell you up front.
What kinds of trips do you plan? +
Disney destinations (Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line), Universal Orlando, cruises across all major lines, beach and all-inclusive resorts, and custom trips around the world. If you can dream it, we'll help you plan it.
How do I get started? +
Just fill out our quick trip inquiry form. Tell us who's traveling, rough dates and what you have in mind. We'll follow up with personalized options and a free quote.
Will I get the same prices and discounts as booking direct? +
Yes. You get the same published rates and promotions — and we actively monitor for new discounts after you book, re-pricing your trip when savings become available so you don't leave money on the table.
Can you take over a trip I already booked? +
Often, yes — many reservations can be transferred to us at no cost to you, so you get our support without rebooking. Visit our booking transfer page or send us your reservation details to check eligibility.
Do you offer travel insurance? +
We do. We can provide travel protection options through our Travel Guard partnership so your trip — and your investment — is covered. Ask us for a quote when we plan your trip.
What if something goes wrong during my trip? +
That's exactly when having an advisor pays off. If a flight changes, a reservation falls through or you have a question, you can reach out and we'll help sort it — so you can get back to enjoying your vacation.
How far in advance should I book? +
It varies by destination, but earlier is usually better for the best rooms, cabins and dining — especially for Disney and holiday travel. That said, we can also help with last-minute getaways. Reach out and we'll advise on timing.
